This is our modern take on a classic Appalachian pilsner. It’s a blonde, easy-drinking beer with a solid-but-subtle malt background and a hoppy freshness. The German pilsner malt, dry-hopped Czech Saaz hops and clean fermenting yeast provide a malty and earthy aroma leading to a crisp beer, sip after sip.
