The Dean is in! We brewed this beer to celebrate WV radio great Hoppy Kercheval. We’re calling Kerchev-Ale an Appalachian pilsner, which is a blend of classic and contemporary styles. This beer has an American pilsner style malt base, a touch of flaked corn, and then is generously dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops. The result is a Hoppy beer, but light on bitterness.
